In the late afternoon we found ourselves in the beautiful Stadtpark, where Sara fed ducks, and I observed. As we were thinking about dinner, we happened upon an opportunity that I had been hoping for— a dinner and waltz performance featuring the music of Johann Strauss. And so we enjoyed champagne while a 14 piece orchestra (conducted by a very snappily uniformed woman) played "On the Beautiful Blue Danube." It was a very fitting end to our last day in Wien.
